When a severe fault (short-circuit, earth-fault) threatens the network, AM3SE trips the faulty feeder, motor, transformer or busbar in milliseconds, limiting damage and keeping the rest of the system alive. If an abnormal condition (overload, unbalance, under-voltage) appears, it raises an instant alarm so operators can act before costly downtime occurs.
From a single hardware platform AM3SE delivers dedicated protection for every user-side asset: main transformer, incomer, distribution transformer, motor, capacitor bank, PT, busbar and automatic-transfer schemes—ensuring faults are cleared fast, losses are minimized and power stays on.
