ACE100-29 wireless temperature and current composite sensor delivers dual-parameter monitoring for low-voltage switchgear cable health. Engineered with a tool-free snap-on clamp accommodating 6-29mm cables, it combines electromagnetic CT energy harvesting (activating at ≥2.5A load) with a replaceable 3-year CR2450 battery backup, ensuring uninterrupted data acquisition across -50°C to 125°C thermal range and 1-400A current span. The sensor achieves ±1°C temperature accuracy and 1% current precision, transmitting real-time data via 470MHz/433MHz wireless every 10-30 seconds when CT-powered or every 3 minutes in battery mode. Its adjustable clamping mechanism maintains direct thermal contact while the LED indicator confirms transmission status. Scalable for industrial deployments, each unit integrates seamlessly with the ATC600-C concentrator, which aggregates up to 240 sensors for centralized visualization on ATP007/ATP010 HMIs, enabling predictive maintenance and intelligent power distribution management without wiring complexity.
