PZ-Series Intelligent DC Energy Meter – the compact, panel-mounted solution that turns any DC source into a revenue-grade data node. Engineered for solar arrays, battery racks, EV charging piles, telecom shelters and DC switchboards, it simultaneously tracks voltage, load current, instantaneous power and bi-directional energy with 0.5 % accuracy. A high-contrast LCD gives on-site operators an at-a-glance view of kWh, kW, Ah and state-of-charge, while the built-in RS-485 port speaks Modbus-RTU for seamless SCADA, PLC or cloud-gateway integration. Two configurable digital inputs (2DI) monitor breaker status or door contacts; two solid-state outputs (2DO) drive local alarms, contactors or remote-reset relays without extra modules. Need to power transducers or a LoRa radio? The meter’s on-board 12 V / 200 mA auxiliary output eliminates an external supply. Time-of-use billing is built in: program up to four tariff periods and eight seasons through the front-panel buttons to automatically accumulate peak, off-peak and shoulder energy registers. DIN-rail or base-plate mounting, 18–300 V DC or 90–265 V AC universal supply, 4 kV isolation and –25 °C…+70 °C operation make PZ the smartest way to measure, bill and control every watt that moves through modern DC systems.

Switch input/ output function |
PZ72 has two switch output and two switch input. PZ96 has two switch output and four switch input. The switch output is relay output, which can realize remote control and alarm output. The switch input can not only collect and display the local switch status information, but also realize the remote transmission function through the RS485 of the instrument, namely the remote signaling function. |
