  • ABAT100-HS acts as the brain of a battery string, gathering micro-level data from up to 120 ABAT100-S cell modules and one ABAT100-C current probe every second. Encased in a 90 g DIN-rail housing, it runs on 24 V DC, stores six months of trend files locally, and publishes everything through an isolated RS-485 port using Modbus-RTU—address, speed and parity are menu-selectable via the linked touch-screen. An integrated Coulomb-counter couples voltage, resistance and temperature samples to deliver individual and group SOC/SOH estimates accurate to 0.1 %. Built-in logic triggers local equalization, audible alarms or SMS notifications the moment any parameter drifts outside user thresholds, safeguarding back-up time and extending service life. With 2 kV isolation, short-circuit protection and plug-in terminal blocks, ABAT100-HS turns stand-alone batteries into a self-diagnosing, cloud-ready power bank.
