Acrel WHD48-11 intelligent controller is purpose-built for environmental management within electrical equipment enclosures. This embedded-mount solution occupies minimal panel space (45×45mm cutout) while delivering robust climate regulation for high-voltage switchgear, distribution terminals, and transformer substations.
Equipped with a single WH-3 sensor channel, it continuously tracks ambient conditions across -40°C to 99.9°C temperature span and 0-99% relative humidity spectrum. The unit autonomously activates heating or fan-based cooling through dual passive relay outputs, maintaining preset thresholds to prevent moisture-induced flashover and thermal degradation.
Operational flexibility is enhanced through RS485 MODBUS RTU communication, enabling centralized supervision and parameter adjustment. Supporting wide-range AC/DC supply voltage, the controller provides clear local readouts of measured values with ±1°C and ±5%RH accuracy, ensuring reliable protection against environmental threats to electrical components.
