North Macedonia Gostivar City Street Lighting ASCB1 Smart Circuits Breaker

RANBEM, a local system integrator, provides an online control and monitoring system for street lights in North Macedonia Gostivar City. This project mainly purchases ASCB1-63-C63-1P Smart Circuits Breaker and ASCB1-MS-4G Gateway.

Project Details:

Gostivar City, located in the upper Polog valley region. It is the seat of one of the larger municipalities in the country with a the population of 59,770, and the town also covers 1.341 square kilometres (331 acres).


Customer Requires:

1. Automatically switch the street lights online (daylight saving time and winter time)

2. Monitor the running status of the street lamp, and alarm the platform when the street lamp fails;

3. Analyze the energy consumption of street lamps, and issue monthly/annual report to manage the operation of street lamps more intellitively, so as to achieve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction.

A total of 220pcs ASCB1-63-C63-1P Smart Circuits Breaker and 120pcs ASCB1-MS-4G Gateway were purchased in this project. At present, the operation is in good condition. The customer is planning to expand the Acrel smart circuit breaker to other areas, integrated into the city smart brain. It is expected that 500pcs will be purchased for the second phase of the project in 2024Q2.
