Energy Management Project of Casa de Moneda, Chile

The customer needs to monitor the voltage, current and other parameters of the equipment in the entire factory online and issue an alarm in time when a fault occurs.
A total of 200 ADW300-WF wireless meters, 600 AKH-0.66/K open-type transformers and an Acrel EIoT platform were purchased for this project (the demo account is: http://iot.acrel-eem.com/ Account: acrel Password: 123456). The system is currently running stably and has issued alarms in time to handle multiple emergency events, saving a lot of human resources and ensuring factory safety.
At present, Casa de Moneda is very satisfied with Acrel's products. It has ordered multiple meters for testing in other factories and has put forward customized requirements for the system. It is expected that there will be more factory projects in 2024.

ADW300	ADW300 wireless meter is mainly used to measure the three-phase active power of a low-voltage network. It has RS485 communication and WiFi/4G/Ethernet/LoRa wireless communication functions, which is convenient for users to monitor, read and manage electricity consumption. It can be flexibly installed in the distribution box to achieve sub-item power measurement, statistics and analysis of different areas and different loads.
AKH-0.66/K	AKH-0.66/K series open-type transformers are easy to install and wire. They are mainly used in power operation and maintenance and power transformation projects. They generally output signals such as AC 5A, 1A or milliamperes. They have the advantages of small size, high precision, strong load capacity, and easy installation. They can save manpower, material resources, and financial resources for users' transformation projects and improve efficiency.
